His agent has confirmed that he's got cancer, but they're playing down the severity of it. They seem confident he'll beat it, but that could just be wishful thinking.

5 weeks from what I understand wasn't true no, the last I heard he was getting treatment for it and they was convinced he would battle it and get through it, apparenty he own his own jet and is trained to fly it so he flys himself for treatment.
